After hours of workng and trying all possible options to fix bugs we decided to make rollback to 10.5.2016
We had only two options, rollback to 10.5.2016 or full DB restore.
Whatever you did after 10.5.2016 is lost, sorry for that.

ToP F4 is open, monsters drop G90 armors and weapons.
G96 UIs added in game, it drops them in Hondel Dungeon and VoD.
New boss (Scorpion) at E-Mok island that drops G100 Honor UIs for G100 Honor BOF.
New Fusion TOP in Donators Shop and Diamond talisman price reduced to 100kk.
Hondel and I'Lryer Temple monsters damage reduced.
ToP F1/F2 monsters DEF decreased.
G90 Book of Raa and Arrow added to droprate at Dead Valley and ToP F4.
Deadly Forrest level limit decreased.
G95/G96 BOF reduce wear level limit to level 90.

In all areas money drop rate was decreased for 25 % .
EXP Event Time changed, now experience events are 4x per day, lasting one hour each.

100vs100 battle time changed to 21.30 server time.
Boss in D5 fixed, it's easier to kill, lower damage.
